Nestled in a peaceful corner of Agia Marina, Sandy Point Villas offers three identical, luxury 5‑bedroom beachfront villas with unobstructed views over the Aegean Sea and the island of Thodorou. With direct beach access and designed for modern comfort, each villa features a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas with sound system, and spacious courtyard for relaxing.

The ground floor offers direct access to the lush garden and includes two bedrooms — one of them a spacious 30 m² suite with a king-size bed and a sofa, making it ideal for families with children or guests with limited mobility.

Upstairs, three elegantly furnished bedrooms include private en‑suite bathrooms with hydro‑massage showers; the main bedroom also opens onto a sea‑view terrace.

The crowning feature is the rooftop terrace: a private pool, sunbeds, BBQ area and dining zone — perfect for sunset dinners over the sea .

Additional amenities include free Wi‑Fi, air conditioning in every room, a workspace, washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, safe boxes, iron, and more. A great place to stay in Agia Marina

We had a terrific time staying at this property in Agia Marina, Crete. The location is perfect as it's a short walk to the beach and restaurants/cafes. The property is clean and well maintained and the communication with the owners was quick. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return in the near future.
