Beautiful suites (we stayed in the duplex) and impressively impeccable! the only thing I would have liked is for its location to be in a less busy street, but that is the nature of the town. Overall we loved our stay!

Review

The hotel was a great location, super clean & well designed with nice style. However there was no presence of staff everytime I would be in the lobby (within the hours), more staff is needed to accomodate clients. I would need to walk around asking if anyone is there to hopefully get a response. It always looked empty. Lastly, no doorman or man to help with the luggage up & down the steep stairs. Roula was nice enough to help, but we felt bad so we helped along the way. Overall. We loved our room & comfort. However, the staff needs help. Thank you!
