Very clean rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great as well. The hotel amenities are great, Food is of good quality. The only thing is the hotel itself is a bit dated. If this property is renovated would be a 5 star.

We had a fantastic stay, my whole family (13 of us !) including 83 year old father with mobility issues and super active 5 year old niece were all very well looked after. The hotel has a great family feel with no loud loutish behaviour from other guests. Excellent food, I would strongly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing family getaway.

The location was fantastic as it was only a 20 minute bus journey into Chania town and where the hotel is on the island made it easier to get to the likes of Balos and elafonissi beaches. The hotel itself was really nice and we were very fortunately upgraded to the executive wing which came with the added benefit of a secluded swimming pool and bar area.
