Wonderful villa
This is a fabulous villa, it is practically new and very well appointed. We spent two weeks here exploring the area and having a great time. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are a real bonus (as was the really well equipped gym / games room). The villa is reasonably private - only being overlooked by the sister property next door - and we used it as our base to explore the Chania region. A car is definitely needed as the villa is located in a quiet non-tourist area - but with a car it was easy to reach supermarkets within a few minutes.
The villa itself is spotlessly clean - and a cleaner came every 3 days during our stay to ensure it remained so, the pool was maintained and cleaned regularly and a gardener. The only slight downside was that the kitchen was small - really well equipped, but with very limited options for food preparation. Overall, this is a stunning place that I would highly recommend.

excellent séjour dans une villa très agréable
La villa, neuve, est très bien située, à 15mns à l'ouest de La Canée (en voiture), ce qui est aussi pratique pour y aller se promener que pour prendre la direction des belles plages de l'ouest de la Crête sans être gêné par les embouteillages. Très bien conçue, la villa est extrêmement bien équipée. Rien ne manque : parasols, transats, linge de toilette et de baignade, ustensiles de cuisine, quelques provisions fraîches à l'arrivée...etc. La salle de sport est digne d'une salle professionnelle et la piscine d'eau de mer très agréable, sans chlore. Accueil chaleureux. Bref : séjour absolument parfait !
