We've had a lovely week at Phaedra. The hotel is clean and the room was well appointed. The staff, particularly Nikos were super friendly and helpful, both before our arrival snd during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble! We’ll be back, i hope!

Unbelievable service !! Family owned . Niko and Georgia were the best !! Right on the beach. Kosmas Taverna that they recommend was my favorite. I can’t think them enough for making my vacation perfect!

What an excellent hotel! I loved everything about my 6-night stay. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony with a view of the sea. The hotel is on a lovely beach that feels far from the crowds (although the action is only a short walk away), and the hotel provides free beach loungers. The pool was amazing too, and it was nice to have the bar for drinks and snacks. The owner and the entire staff were wonderfully friendly people, very attentive and helpful, and made you feel like family. I will definitely be back!

The epitome of Greek hospitality

This place is SPECIAL!!! First class service in a very relaxed casual atmosphere. The epitome of Greece's famed hospitality. Nikos the owner and Georgia the barista/cook made us feel as if we were long post beloved relatives or old friends. It's not possible to capture what we loved about this place in photos or even words... It was the feeling we had from the moment we arrived to the moment we love. I've never had a better hotel/hospitality experience in my life ...and I'm a seasoned traveler, with experiences in some of the best hotels all around the globe.

Simply the best! You feel safe, secure, relaxed, welcomed, and taken care of. Everyone in the staff is friendly and greets you wholeheartedly. Housekeeping is excellent, pool bar is cosy and inviting leading to conversations with both staff and guests, the beach is superior to Agia Marina and Platanias, and the manager Nikos treats everyone as a part of his Phaedra family. All this makes it feel like a home away from home. Rooms and standard is excellent. You don't hear the neighbors taking a shower or breaking wind like in many other hotels. The pool and pool area is top-notch. Beach in front of the hotel is as mentioned superior to other beaches in the area. Parking close to the hotel on the street is almost never an issue. I can't speak highly enough about Phaedra and the people making it what it is. We will for sure come back next time in Crete and hopefully that is in a year!

A lovely stay right outside of Chania!

It was a last-minute booking , we didn’t really have any high expectations, however we had a very pleasant stay. We loved the location, right on the beach. Lovely clean pool and snack bar service by Georgia was amazing. Family friendly atmosphere. Rooms are well equipped for light cooking. It was a perfect 5 day for us. Very warm family running this place.

Fantastiske Phaedra

Phaedra er et skønt hotel. Dejlig pool lige ned til stranden hvor der også et liggestole. Vores værelse havde udsigt over pool og havet. Ejerne Nikos er meget imødekommende, hjælpsom og altid glad. Kan komme med gode anbefalinger til spisesteder osv. Phaedra er helt sikkert et sted vi meget gerne vil tilbage til.
