The pool level floor offering a modern decorated open space living room with a satellite Chanel led TV a comfortable Sofa-bed that accommodates the 7th guest, a full equipped kitchen ready to help you prepare all kind of meals to your favorite persons, a full bathroom with shower, and a grand double bedroom with king size bed and super anatomic foam mattress for a relaxing and comfort bed time. All pool level rooms and areas have direct and easy access to the pool and the garden.

The upper level accommodates a large master bedroom with king-size bed and super anatomic foam mattress with an En-suite bathroom with and a great veranda with unobstructed and amazing view of the sea and the Cretan land. Quietness and Privacy is what we offer in the master bedroom.

In the down-level floor with a different entrance from the other villa there is a grand and luxury third Suite bedroom offering isolation and privacy from the other guests with separate access to the pool and the garden making it ideal for couples. The Suite room is Luxury decorated, has a King size bed, a working space and an En-suite bathroom with Cabinet shower Jet tub.

All areas of the villa are full air-conditioned with cooling and heating, are covered with Wi-Fi, all bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV with satellite channels, are sunny and airy with balconies and windows and furnished with Brand and Comfort equipment and appliances.

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Heated pool is offered for the months April, May and October. The charge of the pool is included in the booking price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three to four days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.

We had a total of 30 guests from 9 different countries all over the world, so to make it special, we created a week of wedding festivities rather than only one day! We had an activity day with all of the guests where we chartered a private bus to show us some of the great attractions and hidden gems of Chania. One of our stops was at Stavros Beach where Zorba the Greek was filmed! We had some traditional Greek mezethes (tapas or appetizers), which consisted of lots of #seafood ! I don't know about you, but I could stare at this plate all day long. Cleaners fantastic. Check in easy but she was a bit brusque. Kitchen is not really acceptable as tiny, no utensils really and no dishwasher.The bedrooms and outside pool and dining area are great.
