Bei der Ankunft fanden wir eine sehr schlecht gereinigte Villa vor. Nach einigen Schwierigkeiten, die zuständige Person zu erreichen, schickte sie die Putzfrau zurück, die mit der Situation offensichtlich nicht zufrieden war. Vielleicht hat sich deshalb am Ende unseres Aufenthalts folgende Wendung genommen: Beim Verlassen haben wir etwas ganz neues vergessen Kleidung auf dem Sofa. Zu Hause schickten wir sofort eine E-Mail an den örtlichen Verantwortlichen, der bestätigte, dass wir die verlorenen Gegenstände gefunden und auf unsere Kosten nach Hause geschickt haben. Heute, 9 Monate später, nachdem wir viele weitere E-Mails gesendet hatten (nur wenige davon waren beantwortet), haben wir unser Eigentum immer noch nicht zurückgewonnen. Sie kümmern sich auch schon seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr darum, unsere E-Mails zu beantworten. Das ist nichts weniger als schamloser Diebstahl. Erschreckend.
