“We loved our time in Crete and Chania! Evelyn was fantastic throughout the whole process and her property was perfect for our family! We were greeted and helped right away from her lovely family and she was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. We appreciated her many emails with dining and excursion suggestions throughout Crete. We especially enjoyed the rooftop patio everyday and especially the awesome hot tub after our Samaria hike! “Property was a short drive from the airport, Robert greeted us on arrival as he knew our flight times due to communicating prior. My little boy, who is 7, absolutely loved the freedom of the resort, bug hunting, the pool and of course enjoyed the company of the owners. We hired a car for the week to get around, the hire company even dropped it off the following morning to the resort which is far less hassel than collecting at the airport post late night flight. “We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Ariadne, which was well equipped with everything you might need. Admittedly, the drive to reach the villa is quite hairy but you are rewarded with spectacular views, peace and a cool climate (2-3oC cooler than the coast). The pool was perfect for a dip and the villa sympathetically decorated. We frequently visited Kalyves and enjoyed meals in Vamos. Susanne and Marianna were incredibly responsive to all our queries - they couldn't have been more helpful. A……
