“I cannot recommend this property more! It is in a great location and it is impeccably clean! The attention to detail makes it stand out. It was a perfect size for our party of 7. Lots of room for all of us to get ready without feeling crammed. We enjoyed the terrace after days at the beach which was a perfect way to end the day. Lilian is a great host! She communicated with me constantly and i never had to wait long for her reply when i reached out. She was helpful in referring us to local……

“We had a great stay at Evelyn's House. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, with plenty of towels, good showers, reliable hot water and a coffee machine (with pods included). The hot tub was also a nice bonus. It's an easy 10–15 minute walk to the old town, making it a convenient base for exploring Chania. Evelyn was very helpful and communicative throughout, providing clear check-in instructions and lots of useful recommendations for places to visit and eat. We encountered an issue……

“This was possibly the best holiday rental experience we have ever had. The house itself is small but exquisite. Everything squeaky clean. The furnishings tasteful and luxurious. The location perfect, in the old part of town but away from the noise and bustle but right near the harbour and with a private car parking space which is rare in Chania. “The property was great. It is a perfectly positioned near the old town which is a short walk away. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids so having 3 bedrooms and bathroom plus laundry was amazing. There is a free parking lot a couple of streets over, in the summer you need to find alternative parking on Thursdays due to a market, but we were easily able to find street parking.”

Högst upp en jättefin terrass med solstolar och matbord/parasoll. Hela lägenheten är personligt inredd med fantastiska vackra gamla skåp och konst på väggarna. Fräscht och otroligt mysigt! “An amazing house! So much space on many different levels, so many outdoor terraces with beautiful views of Souda Bay. Beautiful artwork, hundreds of books and countless knickknacks throughout the house. A/C worked perfectly in the heatwave, note that the A/C for the two bedrooms with twin beds was just outside in the hallway so the bedroom doors must be kept open to get air. Everything needed was provided - drying racks, a few laundry pods, coffee, outdoor chairs and pads, beach umbrellas and……

“Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist schön, hat einen wunderschönen Garten und ist super gelegen zum Strand und diversen Restaurants. Es hat drei Terrassen und damit den ganzen Tag Sonne. Das Grundstück ist von aussen nicht einsehbar, der Pool ist klasse. Das Bett sehr bequem, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. In Küche und Bad ist einiges in die Jahre gekommen und könnte erneuert werden (einziges kleines Manko). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. ”

“We had 2 families (8 of us) rent this lovely place. It is located walking distance to everything but a little off the beaten track so it was nice and quiet. The highlight is the host! He is so wonderfully responsive and not only met us late in the evening when we arrived, but also gave us multitude of recommendations, responded to all our questions quickly and went out of his way to do little things such as providing beach towels and even sending a left behind item to us! “We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The villa itself is stunning and extremely well looked after, with housekeeping and pool maintenance twice a week. The owners are exceptional hosts - the house was fully stocked with everything we needed (and more) and we were treated with gifts of bread, pastries and cookies from their bakery during our stay - a real treat. The surrounding area is very quiet but with a local restaurant, supermarket and the owners’ bakery within walking distance……
