“O local era excellente com um preco bastante bom mas o hotel em si estava bastante degradado.”

“总体来说酒店非常漂亮，地理位置也很好。唯一缺陷是我入住的小套房，卫生间没有浴缸，也没有独立的冲淋空间，马桶和冲淋空间和唯一一个洗漱台盆是在一个4平米不到的小房间内，每次冲淋完，整个卫生间的所以地方都是湿的，包括马桶。第一次看到如此奇怪的卫生间，感觉是装修到中途还没继续下去的。酒店一楼海边餐厅做的没那么好吃，甜品还不错。总体来说性价比不高，1600欧元一晚上，卫生间装修的有点简陋了。期待改善”

“Really helpful staff, we loved the pool and the location! Although the apartments were basic they were clean and well equipped! Nice touch having ice made in the freezer! Appreciated the fan as no air con and the clothes rack to dry out swimwear on was handy! Only one lift working so a bit of a wait at times and we did hear a lot of noise from the family above which was a little annoying! ”

“The staff who met us by our car, after easily entering the lot to park, was professional and informative and even joyful. The front desk arranged our dining. The restaurant and bar were lovely. We won’t bother considering other accommodations in Biarritz in the future!”

“We are lucky to be upgraded to a very big and comfortable room with beautiful sea view! There are different functional rooms we can visit. They are so great! However, the breakfast has little choice with only bread,cold cut food and fruit. It's better to have some hot food like eggs, sausages.”

“This was a small boutique hotel just outside of old town San Sebastian. It was very clean and comfortable with an amazing shower. When you make your reservation, make sure to contact them at least 24 hours in advance so they can email you the check in instructions, as there is no reception desk there. They will ask for a photo of your passport or a number. They will email you this or contact you via WhatsApp to get it. Sounds strange, but it worked out great. I would stay here again with my wife……
