"The hotel is a bit dated. But location and staff are great. My only one complaint is I tried operator a number of times but there is no one picking up the phone. Not sure why. "

"Very nice hotel in a great location. Conveniently located a short walk to the Metro. Breakfast was a little better than typical continental breakfasts at other hotels. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the parking situation. The parking garage below the hotel is extremely tight…. As in multi point turns around the corners. "

"This hotel's in a great location right next to the Metro stop for the area. Lots to do within walking distance and great restaurants just a couple blocks away. There are some municipal parking garages nearby, operated by Montgomery County, I recommend parking there as it'll save you some money. "

"Many spots on the sheets but i took my own cleaners and sheet so I didn't care abt that. The air would not go below 73 degrees that night. I called the front desk and someone came up to the rm abt 30minutes later. They tried to do all the things I did. It didnt work. They said maintaince was gone for the night and left. Nothing came up after that. We had to open the windows to lower the temp. I told them at check out they said since i already paid they couldnt do anything but comp my parking for the night."

"I stayed here for three days, and it was a terrible experience. In my first room, I found large cockroaches coming out of the AC vent. The manager told me a leak in empty mall spaces connected to the hotel had caused humidity and may have pushed the roaches to the upper floors. He promised me a refund, but I never received it. They moved me to a second room, and when I checked under the mattress, I found a strange liquid stain that looked like blood. Between the roaches and the condition of the second room, I was extremely uncomfortable. Please be careful if you stay here. Check the AC vents, under the bed, and under the mattress. Seeing roaches during the day is usually a very bad sign. I have pictures, and I am not making this up"

"This is a nice hotel. The front desk staff personnel were friendly and professional. The room was nicely done and clean and breakfast was good and varied. Right across the road is the Springfield Mall, with pleanty of eating and shopping options."
