Everything is self service and we were unable to figure out how to order food at the restaurant from the app. There was no where to add the items we wanted to purchase. Finally we asked the bar tender and she said she could order for us! We wasted at least 39 minutes trying to order from the app and we are tech savvy. "

"Our room was very nice. We had 1 room for 3 adults and it worked out beautifully. The beds were comfortable. I will say that the bathroom is tiny. Our original flight was canceled Paris to USA, but we were able to rebook our room and not move. They have 2 restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop and a bar. The best part is you are right at Terminal 3 and the train that will take you to 1 or 2. It is sooooo convenient. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am flying out of Paris. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. "
