The Jangle Hotel - Paris - Charles de Gaulle - Airport

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel has such an authentic vibe with lush green everywhere, unique decor, easy to follow signs, instructions and information. I was so grateful to not feel lost there at all. I didnt get tpbuse the amenties but I love the idea that yhe property us so huge for a skating rink, aquatic park, spa services, fitness, etc. The airport shuttle was super easy to book amd arrange. All the staff were very knowledgeable and versed in English to my relief. The TV in my room was massive! The restaurant food was excellent and I enjoyed the daily breakfast so much!"

"The location was very convenient for a morning flight; however, there aren’t many food choices near the hotel without leaving the airport. This hotel uses products in the restroom (shampoo, soap, lotion) that are highly fragrant which is apparent as soon as you open the door, so if you’re allergic or sensitive to fragrances, call ahead and ask to have them removed prior to arrival. It may take a while for the air in the room to clear. I would like to say a special thank you to Joy at the front desk who was kind enough to have these items removed while we were out. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable."

"The hotel is conveniently located about 7 minutes from CDG Airport, which was a plus. However, there is very little to explore in the surrounding area besides a shopping mall where most items are overpriced. The room was very small, and the bathroom offered little privacy. There was no hair dryer available. We stayed for 12 days and were informed that housekeeping service was only provided every 5 days, which was disappointing for a longer stay. The beds and pillows were not comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, while the location is convenient for airport access, the hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of comfort and amenities."

"Although the property is cleaned, this was the oldest Hilton I ever stay in. I will say it has not been refreshed/updated for the last 20 years at a minimum. Old carpet, no USB ports and lots of noises. They gave me a room fitted for handicap therefore, no shower, only a bath!"
