The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The water from the shower was very weak, whether at midnight or 7 AM. No cold water from the bathroom faucet. Air conditioning worked very well. Staff was helpful.

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast server Kenny's heartfelt courtesy and professionalism as well as the helpfulness and kindness of the receptionist Aisha. As a principle, supplies in the room must include bottle of drinking water and other items even for the bookers via 3rd party (we were denied to get the privilege for the fact that we booked via expedia) no matter what is the cost. The room was somehow noisy due to the sound comes from the motor planted on the ground (It probabily is the central external unit for the AC system) located by the window side of our room. Though it may be mostly full house, the hotel should at least orally recognize returning customers.

The room was incredibly clean—you can tell the staff actually takes the time to deep-clean rather than just doing a quick wipe-down. There was absolutely no stale odor or chemical smell. The staff was also wonderful and incredibly helpful; my sister accidentally left her phone behind, and they made it completely hassle-free for us to retrieve it. We will definitely be back!
