一到步前台有個沒有戴眼鏡的男生服務員態度比較一般有一點沒有禮貌，，入住開五星級酒店很少有這個體驗，除此之外其他感覺非常好，清潔房間的服務員很細心，禮賓部的小姐姐非常友善，如果送外賣的服務可以不用這麼麻煩就更好

Really great views from the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was a little further out from shops or food. The hotel staff were very helpful and accomodation especially Vincent who helped us secure transportation for our next journey.

The location of the hotel was wrong on the website. It took us a while to walk to the location according to the "get direction" and only found out the actual location was miles away. We had to take another ride there. The hotel was really nice and all the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only down side was there were no restaurants or convenience stores nearby the hotel.

Best hotel in Chaozhou. The room is new and large. Jennie from front desk is amazing. She is super nice and professional. We were be able to check in early and Jennie upgraded the room for us. The view is amazing! She also add our contact to recommend some location restaurants and information for us. 10 of 10 for her!

It’s very modern, and very tall. It’s literally the tallest thing around. Suitable for western travel - went on a business trip. It’s not necessarily walkable to anything useful - Chaoshan train station is a good 40m drive away.

Some small issue

New hotel. Concierge Service was good. Room had strong sewage smell. Asked to be put air purifier in room which is better. But smell persists after removal of machine. Housekeeping knocked on door after 11pm to retrieve air purifier despite DND is on!
