"Throughout the weekend, I repeatedly reported excessive noise from the guest above me, including constant stomping between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM. I work night shift, so this made it extremely difficult to rest. Each time I called the front desk, I was told the issue would be addressed, but nothing was ever done. After working a 15-hour shift, I was then woken up and informed that I did not have a reservation extension in the system. This lack of communication among staff is unacceptable and added unnecessary stress to an already exhausting situation. I specifically chose to stay at this location because I have had positive experiences with Candlewood Suites in the past, especially given my kidney condition and need for proper rest. Unfortunately, this stay has been the complete opposite. It feels like if it’s not one issue, it’s another, and the only response I receive is repeated apologies with no resolution. At this point, I am requesting that an area manager contact me directly to address these concerns and provide a proper resolution."

"The property looked new, it was quiet, and had a restaurant on sight. Fitness room was nice and all equipment was working. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area!"

"THIS IS THE CUTEST PLACE! We stepped in and just kept saying, “Wow! This is great!” So easy to get to, quiet, cozy, spacious - just the perfect getaway! King size bed, super soft linens, good variety of pans, glasses, utensils, plenty of towels, comfortable furniture, plenty of lighting options lamps and/or track lighting. Host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Loved it!"

"It's an extended stay, if you've ever been to one then you know what I mean. Besides that, the room is a little dated and could be a little cleaner. A little noisy. Bed was comfy, pillows were small, there are two to a bed and I needed both of them for just myself. "

"What a spot to come "home" to after exploring all there is to see in Louisville and Lexington. Thick fog, clear sunshine, the sound of frogs nearby. When you're on the river, it's always changing, always interesting. I would highly recommend this place. "
