“I spent my 65th birthday with my daughter and grandsons. The house was great but was a little lacking for dishes/pots/pans. Nothing was mentioned about the attached guest house until we saw lights on and folks looking through their patio door. The glass was frosted but it was just weird. They didn’t bother us at all, just strange to not know about the additional guests. ”

“The house was clean. We did have roaches in the kitchen and understand insects can’t be avoided. We booked for 4 adults and a small dog. There was one coffee cup and limited kitchen items - no basking sheet, spatula, mixing bowl, etcWe book homes so we can cook and enjoy family. The master bath shower plunger was damaged m. “This property was really nice overall, and I was excited when I first walked in. The home was beautifully decorated and put together, creating a comforting atmosphere. However, my initial impression took a hit when, as soon as I tried to use the restroom, the door handle completely fell off. It was a bit of a surprise and definitely something that needs to be addressed. Additionally, I found the bed to be super firm and not as comfortable as I had imagined. While the aesthetics were great, these……

“Spence’s place was a great cozy oasis … For me and my family there was nothing more comforting than waking up early, raising the blinds in the living room, breakfast area, and kitchen area, to take in the amazing sunrise with waterfront views… watching the fish jump just outside the driveway (literally) was so peaceful and relaxing.. we will be definitely staying here again!!”
