“Beautiful room and en-suite in a lodge with four others, tucked away at the back of the garden. Very comfortable. Especially appreciated two armchairs, decent size fridge and small outside area with table and chairs. Evening meal in the pub was also excellent. Lovely beer garden and attentive hosts. We didn't have breakfast as making an early start but ordered a packed lunch which was very handy.”

“Good: The decoration of the room is cozy and in good classic style There is a bar on the ground floor which is good Staff are nice and friendly Bad: Strong smell in the bathroom which is disgusting, we think that comes from the eroding wood The water boiler is not clean and there is even water remain inside Being asked for the room key after check out but believe their staff mixed things up (Wrong number tag on the key)”

“It was a very mixed stay, although overall it was positive. The first room we were given was very dirty. The walls in particular were yellow and marked, including hand prints on the walls and mould on the curtains (pictured attached). The room was very hot and the window didn't open - no air conditioning either. It was quite small and cramped. Premier inn would have been a lot better. Having raised concerns to the receptionist we were given a much cleaner room. The swimming pool and spa were……

“This is a good value room in a pleasant location. The rooms are a little basic but offer good value. Staff are all very helpful especially as we arrived very late.”

“Really disappointed with our stay. One of the main reasons we booked was for the swimming pool and spa facilities, but a few days after making the booking we were informed they wouldn’t be available. Unfortunately, because I hadn’t paid extra for the flexible cancellation option, I couldn’t cancel and get a refund. Lesson learned. I’d also be careful with the half-board option. We paid an extra £300 for two nights for a family of four, only to find an almost empty breakfast buffet one morning.……

“First night ( Saturday night) it was so noisy until midnight:( . Second night is much better. You book 2 nights, they don’t clean your room next day:( Overall it’s good place to stay.”
