One bedroom/one full bath apartment above my garage. Full laundry, walk in closet, AC and Heat. All utilities are included as well as WiFi. Please note there is currently only one parking spot available for guests. If you have more than one car please let me know!

Neat & tidy 1 BR

Once I found the correct address (midnight in the rain), check-in was easy. The apartment is above the garage, which the host offers use of. The apartment was clean as a pin, very nicely done, she has lots of snack, bottled water, dishes and utensils. I will DEFINITELY stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay from the second we arrived, and were sad to leave. The property is neatly kept and in a convenient, leafy location. The host was always available to answer any questions. Quiet and comfortable, we felt like we were home.

Nice place

Great place for us to stay. Very close to town. Only issues were it took a little bit to get hot water and the garage remote. Other than that, I would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot in Chardon

Outstanding room above garage. Clean, nicely appointed, very comfortable. Near Chardon square, shopping and restaurants are nearby. Responsive owner. Our dogs enjoyed it too. Would stay there again.

The apartment was lovely. I did not like the steep stairs but then I am an older person and stairs are a bit much. The only thing I did not like was the TV situation. No apps had been downloaded and I was not able to watch any TV. There were no instructions but then again, it's not the end of the world. I found other things to do. But the apt was very lovely and I would recommend it to anyone. I did have some issues with finding the access code, but eventually figured it out.
