“Unser Aufenthalt in der gite "phoenix" war wunderbar! Die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Berner Sennenhund hat das 10.000m² große komplett eingezäunte Grundstück mit dem kleinem Teich sehr genossen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. ”

“Nous avons passé une très bon séjour à Cognac. Il manque sans doute quelques petites choses dans la cuisine pour satisfaire pleinement les convives. Il y a une bonne literie. Je conseille ce logement.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Montignac-Charente. The apartment is a short walk to the town center and we enjoyed stopping in at the patisserie and the cafe. A full grocery store is a short drive away. Our dogs also loved long walks along the country roads beside fields filled with sunflowers. Our host met us when we arrived, kindly showed us how everything worked, and even gifted us some apple preserves that tasted fabulous on our morning croissants. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us……

“Excellent séjour avec un complexe parfaitement adapté a un groupe de plusieurs familles. De nombreux équipements disponibles pour les petits et les plus grands et beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. Véronique à été aux petits soins avec nous, et les vacances ont été un vrai plaisir.”

“Hormis la piscine qui a besoin d'un petit "rafraichissement" sejour top pour une famille. La maison est tres bien équipée et adapté pour des séjour famille. Estelle est au top séjour tres sympa.”

“Nous avons été très très bien accueillis par la personne en charge de l’accueil. Un grand merci à elle. Et l’état des lieux de sortie s’est passé sans problème. Nous avons laissé la maison dans un état très correct. La maison est très vieillotte mais spacieuse. Les points positifs sont : • une cuisine grande, bien aménagée et adaptée à de grandes réunions de famille avec sa grande table et sa salle à manger attenante• des chambres bien chauffées aux étages• un billard au grenier bien……

“Arrived to be greeted by Marie who showed us around the property, very friendly. Showed how to operate the pull cover and to contact her if any problems. The owner Henri lives in another house to the rear of the barn rental. Lovely man who would clean the pool early in the morning and check with us all ok. Would definitely stay here again, short run into Ruffec for supplies at either of the two supermarkets. Thanks for a great holiday😊”

“Très bon accueil. Gîte super beau et très fonctionnel. Nous étions 9 et 2 chiens. Clôturé donc aucun stress pour enfants et chiens Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en famille Il y a tout ce qu’il faut sur place.”

“We had a wonderful time here with our 2 girls, loads for them to do and play with in the garden and the pool was perfect and very well looked after. Nathalie is an excellent host, the best we have had before. The gite had everything we could have needed, perfectly clean and it stayed wonderfully cool in the hot sun. We definitely hope to be back. ”
