「Air was off in the room when I arrived with a heat index of 100+F. It took 2 hours to get the temperature down enough to sleep. The ac unit was loud and very dirty and ran non-stop all night. Very old everything. No elevator. Stairs hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows how long.」

「Covered area out front was left a mess. Food and grills left without cleaning up.」

「This is an amazing property. The property managers went above and beyond. Pool is open, breakfast provided, and very clean room. Thank you guys so much, we will stay again if passing through Missouri.」

「The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! 」
