Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. “This stunning cottage is right in the centre of the bustling market town of Chipping Campden but is hidden behind a small gate off the high street that leads to a courtyard - you're as central as possible in the town but it's in it's own peaceful oasis. We were on a girly weekend so to have 4 separate bedrooms all with comfy beds, an ensuite and a separate bathroom was perfect for us - as was the open plan kitchen lounge area. The quality of the property was equally matched by the host's hospitality. She was extremely responsive, and the little goodies and extras she left for us was the kindest touch that made us feel very welcome.”

“After exploring the area each day so lovely to come back to a warm comfy character cottage that had all the mod cons and very comfortable beds . Enjoyed the real fire one wet evening. Cottage perfect for walking around chipping campden. No real downside just the street around a little busy especially at school times but cottages has such thick walls you weren’t really aware of Traffic. Ravens in the trees around cottage could be a little noisy . Overall a truly enjoyable stay at Church Cottage ,”

“First of all, Kay was absolutely lovely and was so flexible with some of our travel mess ups and delays. Thank you Kay! Second - have been to Cotswolds several times, I would say this is one of the best locations as far as being out but in - it was literally minutes down the road from Stratford and then driving to other towns was very convenient. We didn’t really end up with much time at the property but the little we were there I would definitely come back! It was so quaint and Cotswoldish!……

“The property was lovely, and we would recommend for location and features, but I would suggest three things: 1) A sign for the second bathroom. We were on a panic because we couldn’t find it next to the laundry. 2) Lots of spider webs on the outdoor furniture. 3) Paper towels or napkins would be a welcome addition, especially for short stays. “We rented this house for my daughter's hen weekend the house was stunning in an amazing location with great facilities. We could not find fault with the house it accommodated 20 of us amply. All types of celebrations are catered for here from a formal dinner, to a party to a film night and even quiet relaxation in the pool and hot tub. The garden and grounds are well maintained and are beautiful. There is a pretty Marina just 5 minutes walk away with a lovely pub just 5 minutes further on. We……
