“Very bad experience.”

“This hotel is about expectation management. It was the cheapest thing available with free cancelation and "decent" reviews. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The room was large - probably unnecessarily large. On the negative side, there was an obvious funk to the hotel. There is a bar/restaurant next door and people were loud well into the night. The toilet flush is weak, and I had to get a plunger to help. I only needed a place……

“AC was not cooling well toilet seat broken roaches n stink bugs cracked and stained tub had 5 people o ly slept 4. 1 chair no table no wifi coffee bar was a joke. Very disappointing. ”

“ Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Renovations & upgrades are obviously in progress and hallway & room were clean with new carpets & fresh paint. Bathtub & sink area molding & caulking were old & need replacement. Price reflected a minimum of amenities, but advertising breakfast & not even providing coffee was unacceptable. If there was a temporary reason why breakfast was not provided, the Mgr. should have told us when we checked in & we would not have been disappointed in the……

“The surroundings were very noisy and the bed was uncomfortable”

“When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water! This is the first time in my life that I have stayed at a hotel that ran out of hot water. The room was not clean. There were hairs on the……

“I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again.”

“I'll stay in the same Hotel every year around the same time always is a pleasant experience look forward to coming back next year.”
