“We weren't provided with the check-in info email as was promised. When we arrived there was no one to attend the front office and no one was picking up the calls either. The voicemail says "To leave a message please call again "..seriously?? I had to message Expedia chat line, which I believe was overseas but the other accommodation they offered me was 20kms away, which we couldn't do at that time of the night. Somehow I found another mobile number, rang and left a message. Luckily they……

“I had a really great stay at Adelaide Cozy Stay and would definitely recommend it. The place is comfortable and not overcrowded, which made the whole experience much more relaxing compared to typical hostels. Having your own room and personal space is a big plus, especially if you prefer a quieter and more private stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and overall it felt very homey and easy to settle into. The only small thing to note is that you’ll need to carry your luggage……
