“Stayed at this property during a recent visit to Charleston. Although we did have a few glitches with our room, the staff was attentive to our concerns and quickly made things right. The location is convenient while not quite downtown in the historic district. I give this hotel high marks for their customer service and overall hospitality - desk staff and management. ”

“We wish the HVAC system worked properly because it seems that it would turn off once it reached a certain set temperature leaving the room practically without fresh air coming at other times. Also, there was no staff around and it was impossible to buy any drinks at their bar after hours, we actually tried to no avail. Otherwise everything was great! ”

“This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!”

“We were charged for our stay twice as well as another entire family’s three night stay. It tied up our bank card with such a high purchase that it caused overdraft in our account and every deposit we made got taken by more fees that kept coming! They wouldn’t reverse it because they claim that it didn’t show up for them to reverse. The insisted there was no way this was happening at first. After much persistence they discovered eventually that we did in fact get both overcharged and charged for……

“Scenic view in our bedroom is good but i suggest to clean there glass door so that you can really enjoy the view. Over all its good”

“The room was very clean. We stayed during the snow storm and the heat in our room conked out. The after hours help was super quick and helpful. We were moved to another room quickly. ”

“Extremely clean and comfortable! The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is I wish the website mentioned each room has a unique scent. I have a fragrance allergy and didn't see that about the scents until at the airport reading the check in material that was sent to me right before our stay (this material was well thought out and great!). You can buy candles in the scent of each room if you'd like, which is something that others probably really like. I called and they removed a diffuser or air……
