I enjoyed my stay for a week. The staff is excellent. The amenities are great. Convenient location. Clean rooms. My only drawback was that the breakfast was kind of expensive. For such a nice hotel you would think it would have a continental breakfast bar.

The room was clean, toiletries were very good amenities were well kept! Bed comfort was average! But my biggest complaint was Staff was not welcoming when checking in almost made you feel like you were in inconvenience and the room had this odd windows from the shower to bed area and despite the film you could still see throw. Not idea for anything other then a king suite

Was in town for concert. Have stayed at Alofts numerous times. This location by far is the absolute worst one I have ever encountered. The site should be bulldozed. Location is convenient to airport and shopping. That is all it has going for it.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. However, I had to request my room be cleaned after two days and when it finally was, I discovered the sheets were not changed and only the bed was made. This was disappointing because I expected to slip into fresh sheets after a shower.
