Great location in Charlevoix!

We stayed in this condo during Boyne Thunder and it was the perfect location for this event. Walkable to everything in downtown Charlevoix. Condo was comfortable and clean with good amenities. Note that the kitchen has only a stovetop and microwave and a mini fridge without a freezer - good for a long weekend stay.

Edgewater inn stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The front desk (Carly), the maintenance man, the housecleaning were all wonderful. We needed somewhere fast and had no idea except day by day to know for how long due to a major issue at our home needing a lot of work and making it unlivable. They all worked with us to make our stay so nice. We love the Edgewater Inn.

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 112 Edgewater Inn this September and had a fantastic stay! The view is awesome and it was so peaceful sitting out on the porch in the mornings watching the boats go by. We have a crawling baby and were very impressed with how clean the unit was. The sleeper sofa was very comfortable in addition to the king bed. The location was ideal; a short walk to all downtown's shops and restaurants. All in all a great experience, and we would definitely book again!

No night staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is not a hotel. There are no night staff to assist with any issues. We had a false fire alarm go off for hours and no way to do anything about it at 2am.

Weekend review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex is in a great location on the water. The room we stayed in was just above the pool area. It smelled overwhelmingly like chlorine in room. The furniture was not comfortable. Bed was like sleeping on a trampoline. Room was clean, but the room needed tile work and repairs. Main hallways have a distinct odor, and carpets are filthy. I would recommend but not this unit and stay away from pool area to prevent smells.

Beautiful view!

Great place, clean and within walking distance to everything. The town of Charlevoix is great! The view is fabulous! We were a bit bummed the hot tub was out of service- as we were not informed of this ahead of time. The pool was lovely but needed a good cleaning.

very nice & excellent location

Great experience, very clean and organized. Loved the soaked tub to warm up in in the evening. Only suggestion would be extra towels (or a heads up to bring your own!) for the pool!
