First floor two bedroom, two bathroom (Bedroom 1: King Bed and Bedroom 2: Queen Bed) condo in Foster Boat Works Condominiums/Northwest Marina & Yacht Club directly on Lake Charlevoix. Private patio with outdoor furniture. Beautiful sunrises and views of Lake Charlevoix. New Heated Pool!!!! Picnic area and fire pits. Laundry facilities available in clubhouse. Next door to public Beach and Lake front Park with public boat access/parking. Short walk to downtown Charlevoix. Many excursions available in Charlevoix, neighboring Petoskey and Boyne City including golf, ziplines, skiing, kayaking, putt putt golf, bike paths, etc. Fabulous Charlevoix restaurants, night life and shopping in downtown as well as wineries in Boyne City and Petoskey. Short walk to Lake Michigan with beautiful sunsets! No stairs or elevator needed to gain access to private first floor condo!

Very nice...
We (two couples) used this as a base for a few days in the area in early October as part of a Lake Michigan circle tour. The condo is very well set up, and had everything we needed. The view of the harbor is very nice, and we would have enjoyed sitting out on the patio if the weather had been better. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We did miss having cable TV available, but the one TV in the living area is a Roku TV so there is a streaming option or you could bring your own, the wifi was excellent.

Fall getaway with Mom
Rented this place because it was close to downtown Charlevoix and it was on the first floor. Went with my wife and my 92 yr old mother in law. Mom liked the place so it has to be good. Weather was fantastic for the end of September. Shorts weather. Places to eat are plentiful and our choices were all great.

Happy Fall Getaway
My wife and I chose the Charlevoix area for our fall getaway this year and this property was perfect for us. Right on the harbor and right in town, it was perfect to take in the town and region as well as a place on the water to relax. The first floor unit and walk in showers were great for our mobility limitations as well. The place was well stocked for any of our needs and very comfortable! We recommend it.
