I didn't like the bathroom where I found and killed 4 cockroaches then 2 more right outside the bathroom on the sink. The painting in the bathroom was peeling off the walls. There was rotten pieces of rice underneath the bed ( probably that brought the roaches). Extremely disappointed.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Wet floor near heater. Awefull accommodations. Neighbbor in and out every 30 min. Drugs or bordelo in progress. Holes in walls. A mistake
They advertise free WiFi, but the signal barely reaches pass the lobby and there is nowhere to even sit in the lobby and the staff sits behind a bulletproof glass window. Anytime I had questions they seemed like I was annoying them and mostly ignored me.
Hotel had no wifi, no actual lobby. Room had no clock, no hairdryer, microwave was very dirty inside,
floor & bedding appeared dirty (stained), no "do not disturb" sign, in fact - no informational signage in the room at all (emergency, etc), front of the A/C unit was broken & had to be pushed into place to work, hot water in the bathroom had a drip & was running upon check in. Cockroach near the bathroom.
The hotel had mold ,uncleaned sanitation areas ,prostitution and drug being used . Staff lack of knowledge on how to run a hotel . I watch people come and go and I was and did not stay after these witnessed activities going on!!!
This place was the most horrible room I have ever stayed in. Ad said breakfast, that is a lie. Ad said coffee maker in room, that is a lie. There was mildew in the shower. There was also hair in the bathtub and other parts of the bathroom.
I would NEVER recommend this hotel. It was nothing like the ad said. The staff placed the blame on Expedia.
Worst hotel, ever. I didnt do any research and booked anyway because it was cheap. Door looked as if it had been kicked in, mattress had burn holes, ceiling had stains and looked like it was about to fall in at any minute. Toilet broke after first night but was quickly fixed. Orbitz said Continental breakfast but "common area" was locked and not open to guests. All the Uber drivers told us what a terrible area it's in and laughed when we told them where we were staying. NEVER, EVER stay here!!

Liked: Room comfort
The room was okay the covers had burn marks on them which I didn’t care for but it was a smoking room. The hotel was fairly priced and the staff was friendly.
It is worth paying a little extra to stay somewhere that isnt in the middle of nowhere, looks somewhat clean, and doesnt have roaches.
Some random homeless looking guy came knocking at my door 10 min into my stay, saying he was there to clean my room. Some guy pretending to be housekeeping to get into my room? That's pretty bad. Then I got a call from the "front desk" (if you could even call it that) saying that actually WAS the guy that cleans rooms, and he was given the wrong room # by accident. That might be even worse.
Never stay here.

It was worth it for the price
All in all it wasn't bad. The junkies strung out in the stairwell were actually surprisingly very friendly, even had one sing to me as I walked by one night. Rooms were clean enough for what it was. Tv, fridge and shower worked. Only issue was that the main light switch for the room didn't work, the light came on but wouldn't go off. Stayed in for my entire 3 day stay. Only other downfall is that I couldn't get a pizza delivered after 7 pm which I found awkward but guess the area isn't the best either.
The hotel was bad! I read some reviews and I felt like maybe they were over reacting. Clearly they weren't! I couldn't hardly eat due to the roaches in the room and no restaurants would deliver food to the hotel at all. Also I was made to pay for my total stay in full before I experienced how the hotel was. I told them about the bugs and the wanted to spray instead of giving me a new room ..STAY AWAY!
There were bugs in the room. The uber driver gave me the history of prostitution which occurs at this hotel... I later witnessed it. Terrible smell. Room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I left immediately.
Mislead about this hotel. It was a dump. If this hotel is a two star hotel, than there is no such thing as a one star. We were promised on Hotels.com a free breakfast and free wifi. They had NO breakfast, nor coffee and there was no wifi. The mattresses were terrible. The towels were thin and small. One sliver of soap and nothing else. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The room was supposed to be no-smoking but smelled of smoke just the same.
This hotel was filthy! We had to go out and buy sanitizing agents to make it suitable bc no other rooms was available due to hurricane Matthew. We bought sheets, blankets and towels! Then my son was charged $20 more bc he didnt have reservations for the filthy room plus him having to go out and buy to make it suitable. The free breakfast advertised was false also but we would have never ate it anyway! We will never used orbitz.com again!!!!!!!!! TOTALLY DISSATISFIED
A disappointment but good just for a night's sleep
The hotel looks in need of some major renovations. The parking lot has potholes, paint needs applying to the outside, and walkways are cracked.
Room was neat but not well cleaned. Dirty linen was left in the room, trash was found under the bed, and a burned out light by the bedside was never replaced despite the bulb being left on the bedside table.
The bed was comfortable.
As you walk in the front office door, you are greeted to someone behind all bullet proof glass. He asked us to pay for the room, which we did already thru the web site, we were giving our room key, told the room number, and that was it. Not explained where to find it, nothing about the wifi, and that was it. The site said they had free breakfast, which I was told they didn't after asking, nor any coffee!!!
Good place to stay if you just need to sleep for the night, cause that is all we could do.
I am one of those people who read reviews and think "oh, for XX amount of dollars the hotel can't be that bad" or "I'm only staying one night I can deal with an uncomfortable bed". PLEASE HEAD MY WARNING AND DO NOT STAY HERE. I have never written a negative review on here before so please take me seriously. The hotel is SHADY and disgusting. No bugs, but the carpet was sticky, the toilet seat I had to wipe down because there was stuff on it (don't even ask me what I don't know) and the shower leaked so my bag on the floor got soaking wet. There was a deadbolt on the door, but I felt very unsafe in the hotel. I could barely sleep. I checked the beds for bugs before I got in (there were gnats in the room, I killed 2 of them) no bed bugs, but I was itchy the whole night. Please spend a few more dollars and stay else where. Please head everyone's warnings. It really is THAT BAD. The hotel itself was rated a C- by inspection (they display that in the hotel lobby)
People LIVE here! They monitor everyone on 20 different screens which is on display as soon as you walk in!! It is run down, it stinks and freaked me out. Take your business elsewhere if you aren't desperate.
