The location and coziness of this cabin was top-notch. The welcome basket and coffee bar was also a nice unexpected bonus. Our family of 5 had a wonderful week. Having the beach, dock and water toys made the outdoor experience just perfect. We spent most of our week outside. The only issue we had were ants around the kitchen sink/counter but aside from being a little annoying, it wasnt that big of a deal. We would definitely come back again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The beach area was perfect for my 4 and 6 year old. The house was just the right size for our family of four and the location was great as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Best Family Vacation Spot!

The location of this house is so beautiful!! We had such a awesome experience and hope to come back again next year! The kids loved playing on the beach and the house was very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need.

We loved every about our stay. This is 2nd time visiting Lale Norman but 1st time in this house. It was the best. The beach and dock were excellent and we will be coming again.

Exactly what we needed

Cabin was everything we were looking for. Cabin description was exactly as presented. Added plus was we were able to bring our dog. The private and quiet area was perfect for relaxing. Especially enjoyed the beach and boat dock where we watched sunsets each evening over the lake. Definitely would love to visit again.

Vacation with grandchildren.

This was our second time staying at Cozy Cabin and we had another great time. Lots of water toys to entertain all ages. Fun sitting on the back porch or in the cabin and watching deer and fawns frolicking on the beach and in the yard.

Perfect spot!

This is our 2nd time staying here - we just love it. The location is perfect - quiet and beautiful. Having the beach area is great and the dock area is amazing. We spent all of our time kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and enjoying the seating area on the dock. The screened porch is great for rainy days - luckily we had none this time!

Best vacation ever

Hands down the best vacation we’ve had since becoming parents. Our kids are 3&5 and the beach has always been a struggle so we booked the lake vacation. Endless fun and water sports, the kids loved everything about this trip and so did the adults! Will be booking again as soon as next summers books open up!

AUTHENTIC COTTAGE

We really enjoyed the cottage - it's very comfortable - the location is perfect - close by any amenities you need and still feeling far away from all of them! The cove has a fantastic breeze - lots of water toys supplied that everyone enjoyed - We will return to this beautiful spot - thanks Scott!

Beautiful, Quiet Lake Getaway Spot

The description for this property is very accurate. In addition, there were noodles for swimming & shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the bathrooms that we personally do not typically see in house rentals. Very enjoyable stay & would highly recommend.

Peaceful LKN getaway!

Cozy cabin was so relaxing and peaceful! Our dog loved the beach, and we saw deer and heard owls every night! This is a hidden gem of a rustic cabin and has everything you need for a great getaway. The Welcome basket of goodies was a super nice touch too. Thank you for sharing the cozy cabin with us!

The best property!

Scott was so accommodating and we had such a wonderful vacation at this location. The roads were even quiet enough to go on many bike rides, runs, and walks. The neighbors were even kind! Highly recommend!! We will be coming back every year.

Lake Norman

A lovely, well appointed cabin in a quiet area with it’s own beach and dock. My brother was able to dock his 30’ SeaRay with no problem ( 10 ft. depth at dock). A very relaxing vacation that we will look forward to again next.

great holiday, incredible property manager

This was a fantastic little get away for a few days, and I can't say enough about the property manager - Scott Jarvis. He was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and gave us some great recommendations for things to do in and around the Lake Norman area. The cabin itself was in a great location and well-stocked with the things that we needed to grill out, build a fire, etc. Comfortable bed and great wi-fi (for those of us who can't seem to completely unplug while on vacation). I'll definitely stay here again!

Lake Heaven

We loved the rustic feel and the beach fronting the lake was wonerful. Our furbaby enjoyed playing fetch, swimming and digging in what he took as a giant sandbox. Other than a couple trips to the grocery store, we chilled out lake side for the entire 7 days! We would love to book this again for the same time frame next year. Most relaxing vacay we have had in a l9ng time.

Will definitely be back. The beach was wonderful for the kids and the shallow waters helped us feel better about them swimming so much. We used the kayaks and the paddle board. The house was very clean and the owner was very responsive. Would love to return one day in the future!

Cozy Cabin is everything and more!

This property is so welcoming and charming! Scott has taken every measure to ensure you enjoy your stay and have confidence in the cleanliness. Absolutely spotless! The view is breathtaking and being surrounded by mature trees makes you feel like you are on a private slice of lake heaven. We will be back!
