BEWARE!!! The entire experience was worse than terrible. In good faith, I paid the entire amount for this 13 day stay A few days prior to our arrival, we received the instructions & immediately had concerns, regarding the check-in & parking situation. I have a serious knee injury & I had concerns about where I had to drop off our belongings & where we could safely park our new car. It required unloading our things in the rear of the building & then having to park around the corner on a busy street - there was no parking allowed in the condo parking area. Sent several questions to the host & she assured me it would be fine - that the unit was on the first floor - she did not inform us that there were several steps on an incline to enter the back door that led to a long hallway, in order to enter the unit. I was unable to stay there at all, but she wouldn't cancel this stay & she was keeping the entire amount This host is not an honorable person - not only did we not get reimbursed for this fiasco, We then had to find a hotel & incur additional cost for the next 13 nights! This has been a nightmare & we welcome hearing back from VRBO or Expedia - I have used their services many times & have never had a problem until this reservation.

We love this place! This is our third stay. It has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, a nice living space with new couches and a dining table for four, washer and dryer. It's conveniently located in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Plenty of parking on the street. The communication with Eira is easy and pleasant.

Lovely neighborhood, quiet and pleasant.

The check in process is seamless and all the necessities are available for preparing and cooking meals. Location is close to grocery stores and shopping. Absolutely love the stay here!

This is a lovely property. The floor plan is very functional and there is ample room and storage. The neighborhood is quite and beautiful. Our only complaint was not being able to open the door to the patio due to lack of a screen door. In the evening and the morning when the temperature was down it would have been nice to be able get some fresh air.

Winter getaway

This was the perfect unit for our winter stay in Cornelius. Very convenient for everything we needed. We were close to our daughter and her family. Walking distance to restaurants and a beautiful Greenway for long walks. The condo was clean and comfortable and the owner was very nice and responded promptly to any questions. We will be back again next winter!

My stay at this condo

The condo was very clean and spacious. The ease of entry was perfect (1st floor). Communication with the property manager was instant. The neighborhood was quiet and I barely heard others. The only issue that I had was the master bedroom bed was extremely hard. It hurt my hips and back to sleep on. But that would not prevent me from renting this place again! I would rent from here in a heartbeat.

Respite from Hurricane Helene

We needed a place to go when our neighborhood was affected by the hurricane. There were very few places available but this place was perfect. We had power and water and internet, which could not be found within an hour of Asheville. This place is convenient, clean, has everything you need. Neighbors are quiet and considerate. Plenty of street parking. Close to shopping and restaurants. I took are of all of our needs.

Great Location... Quiet relaxing neighborhood

Great location and convenient for our stay. Enjoyed the nearby walking trail through the woods and nearby restaurants (you have to try The Waterman Fish Bar) and coffee shops. Condo was very nice and updated for all your needs. My only concern was that the first picture was of a pool, which if you had young ones, it is actually a block or so away. Other than that, very good stay

Highly recommended!

Clean, spacious condo located in a quiet, safe, family neighborhood. There is plenty of space for four people. The beds are comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom are large. The kitchen has all you need for most situations. Everything is clean and well maintained. Handy to have the washer and dryer. Wifi is fast and stable. There are plenty of linens. There is ample parking in front of the building on a wide street. The community pool is one block (5 minutes) from the condo. The condo is located in a quiet, residential area with lots of trees. It's easy to get to get around with lots of stores within 10 minutes or less. The neighbourhood is walkable and good for runners. There is a Greenway nearby. If you like walking, you can walk to a couple of restaurants and one bar within 10 minutes. The communication with the owner was pleasant and smooth. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!
