We will have maintenance look into this right away. Monday through Friday the bistro where there is coffee is open from 6:30 am-9:30 am and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. As soon as the door closes the interior deadbolt lock engages. I will send maintenance to the room inspect the lock.
