"Maintenance needed in several areas on the property - bath tub had two different types of paints in parts, hall floor in front of the elevator on the 5th floor seemed hollow/damaged in one part, when the AC turned on it smelled like cigarette smoke (and the AC was quite loud). The staff were very helpful and nice."
