"We booked this hotel to stay near the Spectrum Center but the location was the only good thing about this hotel. The first room they assigned us smelled terrible upon entry. When we entered the bedroom the floor had a large stain and the floor was soaked so we requested another room. The manager at the desk was not friendly or apologetic. The 2nd floor was better upon entry but when we returned from the concert and tried to sleep the street noise was extremely loud and kept us awake most of the night. I have never stayed at a hotel that offered ear plugs but they only provided one pair. The other issue is the design of the room, when you turn the light on in the bathroom, the light shines in the bedroom through a frosted window directly next to the bed. Needless to say, I will never stay here again. "
