We got a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes anyway. Luckily we got used the smell but if you're sensitive to that be mindful it does smell. You have to pay for tiny shampoo & conditioner bottles so pack your own. You only get a 2 bars of soap. The "snack bar" is nonexistent, unless you count a run-down snack machine. No water available for drinking. The AC units leak into the walkway. Dirty stairs. The interstate nearby is super loud at night when you try to sleep, and the AC fan is only somewhat loud enough to help it when it does kick on now and then.
A couple pros: if you have kids or dogs, they stay for free (up to 2 dogs). The king bed is indeed huge and comfortable, and it gets cold at night so it feels good. Has a TV.
Overall, it's cheap and you're getting just that, a cheap stay. It does the trick but I would recommend bringing earbuds/a loud portable fan, your own shampoo/conditioner, food and water, and some spray for smell if you want. The bed has a thin sheet so if you get cold easily, bring an extra blanket.
