Week in Charlotte

The property was great! We were in the neighborhood where my daughter lives and she just had our first grandchild! Location was perfect, stores, restaurants and gasoline all nearby. The place was clean and very accommodating, I am glad I found this place and will stay here again when needed.

Convenient location for purbfily Carowinds trip.

We had a fantastic time, this hoise was perfect for two couples and two kids 8 and 11. It was the perfect distance from Carowinds theme park. Was in a noce neighborhood and centrally located to lots of dining and grocery options. Will definitely try to stay here again for future trips. We had a blast.

Good House, Beautiful Neighborhood

If you want to feel away from the crowds, but you want easy access to everything, this would be a good choice. Take a walk into the "Five Knolls" subdivision where this property is located, and enjoy the trees and the deer.

Great stay

A wonderful property! The house was a great location for our basketball tournament and stay in Charlotte. The house was clean and it was wonderful for our family to cook in the kitchen and grill on the porch. There were essentials for us to use also in the kitchen. We will definitely be back when in the area and recommend for anyone who needs a place while in Charlotte.

Awesome awesome place and host

Drove over 800 miles to watch nascar races in charlotte. Found this property not too far away. Host was very kind and courteous. We didn’t have any coffee when we got there and we didn’t even have to ask, the host had some delivered the next morning. Very clean and nice neighborhood, would definitely come again!

Home Reno Stay

We had to find a place to stay with our family and dog while we had to do unexpected renovation to our home. The location was great, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, very clean, and a great yard. The neighbors were friendly too. We were able to work comfortably from this location all day with no connectivity issues. If we need a place locally this will always be our first choice.

Great house in a great neighborhood

My wife and two adult children stayed a week for a baseball function. The house suited our needs perfectly. Adam was an excellent host. He was attentive and readily available. We had a small issue with a shower and he came right our to fix it. I would recommend staying here for anyone who is looking for a stay in south Charlotte.

Family wedding. Conveniently located in south charlotte taking 30 minutes to uptown, southend, and noda for multiple events. Adam promptly responded and fixed maintenance issue. Bring your own toilet paper.

Great Location

This place met our needs. We were originally going to bring our dog, but left her home. Good thing for us. Yard is huge, but not completely fenced. Back patio is beautiful, but one open side. Our dog would have had to be leashed at all times outside, as house is on a very busy street. We could not hear any street noise- great sound-proofing. Comfortable bed downstairs. Upstairs, not so much. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels for one week. Outdoor amenities were not accessible to us. They were in the duplex’s neighbors yard and to sit by the fire, we’d be in their space. All in all, good for our needs.
