It's a great time of year to be on Lake Norman.. Read first. Then call me so we can talk Eight two eight eight five five four six seven three...
This separate boat house is set up as a hotel suite right on the lake...with a full wrap around deck with shade sails.
This is our guest house, not just a hotel ...It's like being at home ... away from home.
All surfaces are stripped and then being sprayed with an antibacterial...Even laundry is being done with Lysol additive.

A perfect romantic getaway for 2 ...(Maximum guests 2... No exceptions) This is NOT be a home base for all your family.
It is the perfect retreat...private but not far from everything.

It is one large sunny great room with a very open feeling. With vinyl plank flooring and a king size pillow top mattress.
Enjoy the views from the wall of picture windows. Watch the sunsets and moonlight reflect off the water of your own private deck. Our new 50" smart tv with streaming services and Alexa will keep you entertained while in your retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

'Rusty and Brenda were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed the coziness of the one room bungalow so much, we think we could retire in a similar place. Everything you need all in one big room- fabulous! I found the view out all the windows my favorite part of the stay.

Loved our entire stay

We came down for a weekend away staying 3 my nights. We loved the lake access and I brought my paddleboard. It was only 5-10 minutes to grocery store or fast food or 20-30 minutes for nicer dining. We also drove 45 minutes into Charlotte for my husband to do the nascar experience. We cooked and grilled in one night and they had everything we needed there. It was so great and relaxing not k worry about anything.

Can’t beat the Quiet & View

My husband and I spent six nights here. We were in the area for a family wedding at Chickadee Farm, an easy 30 minute commute. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the waterfront views can’t be beat. Our hosts were easy to work with. The linens are nice and the king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and even had a spice rack for our use, which is unusual but appreciated. Easy access to groceries, restaurant, gas etc. There are several steps from the parking area down a small hill to the boathouse deck. We had no problem but just mention it in case someonewith

Hidden gem

We lucked into this hidden gem. It was absolutely wonderful and clean. We got the pleasure of meeting Brenda who was very nice to work with. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Rusty. It was so nice sitting on the deck drinking our coffee in the mornings. Everything you could possibly need is there we hope to visit again maybe in the summer time. Oh and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thank you Brenda and Rusty for opening your place.

Beautiful House on Lake Norman

The house is beautiful and immaculately clean. The décor is comfy and looks to have been updated recently. The window's facing out to the lake are a very nice touch. The setting is quiet and serene. It is such a pleasure to sit on the private deck and enjoy a book or cup of coffee. Brenda is very accommodating and quick to answer questions, however she also respects your privacy. In addition, the location is excellent for shopping and dining. Mooresville is a very short drive and offers plenty of options, however, there are wonderful restaurants a very short distance from the house. We look forwatd to our next visit to this lovely property!

Very relaxing!! Had good food and drove around the lake while my son fished a bass tournament. Visited some NASCAR shops and had tour at JR Motorsports. Lineburgers steakhouse was great! Hello Sailor had nice view of lake, had drinks and appetizers.
