Horrible experience, there was food in the microwave from previous stay, couldn’t sleep due to light shinning directly into my window, when I addressed the old food in the microwave, I was pretty much ignored. Hotel smells bad.

Upon arrival I found 3 roaches over the first 48 hours as well as when I finally pulled the covers and sheets back I found bed bugs I have photo and video proof off all findings and encounters! Wouldn’t recommend unless you just don’t have any other options! The cleaning staff and front desk are doing the best they could I believe, but I would like to say these issues are apart of an ownership and environment problem!

Even though it is a Non-smoking accommodation, my room stinked of cigarette smoke. Other than that, for the price a good option

They are in the middle of renovations and they don’t relay that to you. Bathrooms lights were not working in the first room and room looked like they were started to clean then just pushed pieces of furniture around for a quick check in

Booked our stay because it seemed like a bargain based on the info and photos in the listing. However, some info is inaccurate, and the photos of the interior are NOT how the hotel looked when we arrived. The mix of odors from cigarette smoke and cleaning solvent throughout the hotel gave me a sore throat and coughing fits. It appears that some people live here long-term. There were a few loud domestic incidents that could be heard in the hallways. Based on actually staying here, very surprised to look back and see so many positive reviews on the listing. Traveler, beware!
