Located on Lake Norman with a private snow white sandy beach, 250 square foot deck with Gazebo sitting over the water. Boat docking available. Private patio off bedroom. Luxury estate living in secluded cul d sac with enough parking for boat trailer. Close to shopping Harris Teeter with Starbucks Lake Norman State park with hiking and mountain bike trails minutes away. NO PETS NO CHILDREN

Relaxing weekend away
This is a beautiful spot! It rained and stormed our entire weekend there but we were still able to sit under the gazebo on the dock and have a relaxing weekend away. The host was courteous and allowed us our privacy but was available if needed. The neighbor was kind as well. They left us a basket of snacks and a couple of bottles of water which was appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. The living area is well equipped and has everything you may need. I was especially appreciative of the light-weight quilt that I found in the cedar chest at the foot of the bed. I was smoldering under the heavy comforter! If you are looking for a scenic and relaxing getaway, I highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Sunset Serenity
It was very good. Host was very patience as to our confusion about self check in. He was great to allow the use of the beach for our grandson & his family. My only wish was that he had a coffee pot that used pods.

Always Enjoyable
The whole process is excellent. Home owners make you feel welcomed from arrival until departure. House is clean, accomodations are perfect for water activities, lounging and relaxing. Location is perfect for local adventures and dining.
