“Good place in Charlotte ”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Kristen on the front desk was a real problem solver and so helpful, as was Niles who is the shuttle driver. All the employees smiled and said hello when they passed by me in the hall or in the breakfast room. I was very impressed by the cleanliness but most of all the helpful and sincerely friendly people working there was a real treat. Thank you. Pat Robinson”

“If you're not familiar with the property and the maze of one-way streets in Charlotte it's a real bear to get into the place, especially after driving for 4 hours in the rain at night. The staff was very pleasant and the room was spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable although it was very difficult finding extra pillows. They advertise it they have a restaurant open 24/7 with the implication that there's room service but there is not. You can order from a limited item menu and then you……

“Staff member at the front desk greeted me with the biggest smile and hello. Very personable, pleasant and provided information about the property without me having to ask any questions. Upon leaving the property I had a minor issue with my exit card, and of course she rectified the issue immediately. As I drove out of the garage, she was standing there waving goodbye and making sure I was ok. OMG! Incredible customer service!!!!! Thank you soooooooo much Alicia! 🤗🙂💐”

“This was our second time staying here and we really enjoyed it. My son and husband had a great time with the pool table and they provide bottled water when you check in. Breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the waffles that we could make for ourselves.”

“Great hotel and a great location. The property was super clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, modern, and very well maintained. My only suggestion would be to improve the complimentary breakfast. It was okay, but not quite at the same level as the rest of the hotel experience.”
