Staff was extremely unfriendly. They did not tell me that valet parking was cheaper than self parking until two nights into the stay. Denied providing me water bottles- although clearly they were giving out to other guests. Denied changing my room as one of the electronic curtains were malfunctioning. ...

Check in staff was super helpful! Valet was super professional, was happy to review my dashcam footage and find no revving or racing of my car just someone respectful driving my vehicle. Definitely plan on coming back to aloft
