We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if ever in the Charlottesville area. The house was clean, nicely decorated and not far from UVA where some of us spent a lot of our time due to the nature of our visit.

The house is beautifully appointed and adorable. It was perfect for a small reunion with three friends - we each had our own bedroom and all the rooms and amenities were wonderful. The house is very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a weekend stay! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great property!

This house was perfect for our family! It was so CLEAN! Never saw one bug- which is saying something for Virginia in the spring! It was well equipped with sound machines, travel crib and portable high chair! It is a very walking friendly street, so there were several families and dogs walking by frequently. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous weekend!

This house is fabulous! We visited our son at UVA and had a great time at this house. It is clean, well stocked, and the beds are very comfortable! It is walking distance to some restaurant and UVA grounds. We loved it!

Clean, Comfortable Stay Near UVA with Great Outdoor Space

The property was clean, tastefully decorated, and included a charming back patio with a Solo Stove that we enjoyed using. It's conveniently located just minutes from UVA's campus, nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. Everything in the home functioned perfectly. Our only suggestion would be to consider a larger refrigerator, as the current one might be a bit small for a family staying for an extended period.

Cozy house

We had the best stay! The house was in a wonderful location and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of five. The office space was nice to do some work. We will be coming back.

Great House

Hard to imagine a much better experience than my family had at this property. The house is clean and well furbished and decorated. Although the house is small, the way that it is laid out and furnished makes it feel probably twice as spacious as it actually is. It's easy to find your own space to relax without waking up or bothering the kids. It's an incredibly kid friendly house with kids books and toys. Really well maintained home. A short drive to pretty much anywhere in Charlottesville. Would book again anytime.

Well Appointed Little House

This home away from home was the perfect place for us to visit C'Ville. It was very clean with updated bathrooms. Every detail in this home was thoughtfully curated, from the little things like tissues and hand soap to the sound machines in each room. I loved the plants and decorations and found the kitchen to be perfect. There was a little desk and study area which we all appreciated. Even the neighbor was friendly. The highlight of my stay was finding Alison Romans's cook book. I definitely hope to visit again,
