Terry was flexible with our arrival and met us there to walk through the house. The house was great for our large group of three families. There was plenty of common space and the kids enjoyed the pool table. Terry was responsive during our stay.

We had the best stay at Rockbrook Manor. Terry was an awesome host, and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and really fun! It was the perfect place for us to call home base for our son's wedding at Pippin Hill. Highly recommend!!

The Manor Delivered for UVA Graduation

Great property and wonderful host! It slept 3 families easily, and had plenty of social space. Huge kitchen and great entertainment set-up, with back deck and yard. The street is quiet and a dead-end, so have to be careful about parking...but the driveways allow for 8 cars. The street needs some repair...but the property is amazing. Only 10-12 minutes from the UVA Grounds (campus), and plenty of grocery stores, etc nearby. Would stay here again, for sure.

Perfect place for a company retreat

The Rockbrook Manor was perfect for our annual retreat, sleeping 10 comfortably, with plenty of room for group meals and presentations. Terry was an exceptional host and quick to respond to communication.The house is gorgeous!

Beautiful Space

The house is absolutely stunning! It looks decently sized from the outside but once you are inside it is deceptively large. It was clean, comfortable and the perfect amount of space for a large group. Would absolutely stay here again!

Terrific Thanksgiving Gathering

What a great home for cooking together and playing games/cards in the adjoining family room with the fire going! Lots of comfortable sleeping rooms and plenty of bathrooms for a large group. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house for large groups

Beautiful home great for large groups

We had a group of 10 friends stay here for a reunion, and it was a perfect house! It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a large communal space to spend time together. Easy driving access to downtown Cville and UVA.

Above and beyond accommodations

Beautiful home, with lots of luxurious rooms and amenities. Terry was very accommodating for our unique group and walked through the house with us ahead of time so we knew what to expect. We would love to continue to rent this house each year!

Perfect house for groups

We stayed in this house for our 10-year college reunion at UVA. The house was the perfect size, has lots of extra perks, and was wonderful for our group. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous place

We stayed here pre-wedding with several families and it was so much more than we expected! Well furnished, bedrooms for all and the downstairs entertainment was amazing. Pool table air hockey and many arcade games to choose from. Well appointed kitchen and very roomy porch which accommodated the dozen or so people we had over before the wedding. The massage chair was also a hit with everyone! Great hosts who do everything in their power to make your stay comfortable.

Amazing home!

The property is so much more than the pictures portrayed. The house is spacious with lots of separate areas to allow privacy but also large open rooms to spend time together. It has all the amenities. The kitchen is well thought out and a great place to cook any meal. The game room kept us all entertained and the yard was perfect for a corn hole tournament. The house was immaculate and the hosts are gracious and kind. I highly recommend this property for any group visiting the Charlottesville area.

UVA Graduation weekend

I can not say enough about my rental experience. We had 17 family members coming to stay for the weekend of graduation. The property was exactly as described, it was large enough to accommodate our party, close to campus and very clean. It had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this home.

The home was amazing! All the rooms were spacious. The living areas were great for the wedding weekend. Kitchen was amazing. The bride and bride maids got ready at the house with plenty of room. The house and yard were great for taking pictures. Terry was quick to communicate and she meet me there to show us around and how everything works. I would stay here again

Fantastic property - perfect for large group

We had a large group - 10 wise women - of a certain age - this property easily accommodated all of us and Terry was a great Host. The house floor plan is perfect - many well appointed bathrooms and multiple gathering spots throughout the house. There is also a nice back yard that would be great in the nice weather.
