"I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. The mugs in the room were also dirty The facilities were surprisingly impressive- a good sized pool and proper gym. We stayed here and spent the first day in Portsmouth and the second day in Chichester. It’s a good and accessible location."

"It’s okay for a night or two stay. We asked for a cotbed to be set up before arriving via message. However, when we arrived, there wasn’t one set up so we asked at reception. We waited around an hour for it to be delivered and had to ask again before one arrived. Breakfast was okay, bit of a shamble one morning where we had to eat at the lobby as there were no more tables. People were waiting for tables, food, the croissants and muffins had all run out."

"Breakfast was nice, except the bacon, which was overcooked and chewy, possibly as a result of being out too long. Everything else was fine and, as it's a buffet, you can help yourself to whatever you want. The room was OK, although the bathroom is rather compact; I wouldn't want to have to towel dry myself with the bathroom door closed. These are minor issues, though. The staff were all very polite and helpful and everything was clean."

"I had a truly lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their friendly approach really made the whole experience feel special and relaxed. The room itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything was clean, fresh, and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the rooms to such a high standard. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of such kind, helpful staff and a clean, comfortable room made my stay thoroughly enjoyable, and I would happily return again."

"Absolutely unprofessional and rude behavior of member of staff at reception in the 01 may morning. Will not recommend to deal with this hotel if that is work related stay. A member of staff was inadequate and incompetent. Refusing to provide with a room invoice, where i have paid DIRECTLY to reception on my check in, blindly arguing with people from abroad whos primary language is not English. And in fact being wrong in a situation he created."
