Staff are super helpful. Hotel is ok. However, I ordered an evening meal as I had a very long out and the hotel was outside the centre. I did get a short email in French telling me that there restaurant was closed Sundays two days before my stay. When I booked I paid in advance, but have been offered a refund for no meal.

You get what you pay for

No remote for tv but reception staff were exemplary and a credit to the hotel. Shower was extremely small but i am a large guy so 50/50 faults. No kettle for morning coffee buy supplied cups and coffee? Not amazing but for the price it was ok.

Awful

Set in a dark dingy end of an industrial estate right beside a very busy fast road. Staff very pleasant and helpful but cant disguise the dirtiness of the hotel. Rubber tiles not carpet on the hotel lobby floor, grubby and drab. The room itself was a decent size but grubby. Stains on ceiling and the bathroom was mouldy, pee stained round bottom of toilet and had a rusty mirror. They advertised as having a restaurant too but its been long shut according to staff. All in all I've stayed in much better budget end hotels and wouldn't ever consider this chain again.

First time - but not the last!

This was our first visit to this establishment, but we will be happy to return. People are very important to us, and we were delighted with the friendly welcome by the gentleman on duty at Reception, when we arrived. His command of the English language was a real bonus! The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. A large, and very comfortable, bed; a delightful en-suite with shower, basin, and toilet; and, to crown it all, a kettle, that enabled us to make the tea/coffee provided. There was no milk (which my wife always takes in her coffee), but the gentleman at Reception gladly provided her with some. The breakfast was amazing, and the lady receptionist was also friendly. The variety of options was the best we have ever experienced in a "budget" hotel - and we have used a lot of them! Even the seating was of a higher quality than we have experienced in the past! The overall star rating is due to the fact that the toilet cistern seemed to be filling up every 15-20 minutes. We had thought, at first, that the noise was coming from other rooms around about, and that it would stop when everyone had gone to bed! If we had realised that the noise was from within our own room, we would have reported it to the gentleman before he went off-duty!

This hotel is unmanned but open meaning that anyone can enter the premises. This meant that reception was being used as a smoking lobby. I telephoned the number on the door but the staff were unable to assist and the manager was neither present nor contactable. It is by far the worst hotel we have had the misfortune to book in recent years! It is nothing like the photos!

A shock to be charged so much local tax. I did check and it was over Euros 3 but we were charged more than expected by Expedia. The first room we were given had a broken toilet that flushed on it's own every couple of minutes and the door made a terrible scraping noise every time it was opened or closed. Not a problem we were given another room straight away. Problem was that this room had poor wifi reception and there was very long black hair in the sink and shower. By then it was too late to move as there was no reception staff. I suggested free breakfast as compensation but was refused. Disgusting, shouldn't be allowed and we should get a refund on our stay, it was disgusting. Morning reception said he'd pass on complaint and we would be emailed but nothing whatsoever.

Bien pour une nuit

Séjour d’une nuit. Accueil agréable. Propreté sans soucis. Par contre la literie était beaucoup trop dur pour nous. Comme dormir sur une planche. Facile à trouver et lieu calme.

Douche vraiment minuscule, surface de chambre très petite, lits simples très petits. Ça passe pour une nuit, mais pas plus. Pas de clim, mais seulement un petit ventilateur. Propreté satisfaisante. Bouilloire, sticks de café et sucre dans la chambre et à l'accueil appréciables, bien que du décaféiné et du thé ou infusions auraient été un plus. Personnel aimable. Petit déjeuner très correct et avec du choix. Le prix, plus ou moins intéressants selon les dates ne doit pas justifier les défauts de cet hôtel
