Small but well situated

Location was ideal near the arc de triomphe. Very quiet hotel. Breakfast was perfect. The staff were amazing - so helpful and funny.

Cleanlyness of our room was Very Satisfied towels replaced daily and Bedding freshly changed and made up. Staff: Checking in/Room Cleaning Staff were friendly and professional, My Brother and I were very disappointed on waking up to go downstairs for Breakfast serving cold already prepared: Eggs, Bacon, Sausages and Potatoes, and Coffee Machine down to make a cup of Capachino, Cafe Latte ect.ect., on the other hand freshly prepared Omelets/Sunnyside Eggs were the only Hot options on your plate. We never visited the Bar or any other facilities that were available for our use. I believe in giving second chances to stay again at the Hotel Novotel Paris Les Halles.

It was clean, convenient to everything including metro and good restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very good.

This was a convenient location to many tourist attraction within walking distance. The morning breakfast is a must and it helps keep your food costs down due to the fact that it has a variety of items they provide. I will be staying at this hotel again when I visit France in the near future. Nassim was very helpful at giving direction to the attractions we needed to see. The lady at the breakfast was always welcoming and greeted us warmly. The rooms were clean and I loved that it was wood flooring and not carpeting. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The elevator did have its moments but overall the staff handled it promptly.
