“My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst……

“L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans la vieille ville et juste à côté du château, il y a des place de parking disponible devant. Le personnel est très sympathique, le buffet de petit déjeuner est bien fourni. Very good location where inside the Bern old town, shops and supermarkets are just next to it, also close to the train station, dont miss the rooftop view!!
Bad thing is the shower water is not hot enough even turned to the highest temperature, and there are some bars/pubs nearby, quite noisy on the weekend's midnight "
