“Great hotel/resort on the Mediterranean. Sea view rooms are clean and nicely appointed with a balcony. Wonderful, friendly staff and great food with many meal options and huge breakfast buffet. Outside of the resort the city is very busy, typical of Alexandria. A short cab ride to the downtown tourists sites or a short walk to th Royal Jewelry museum. We had a nice week enjoying the sea view and large heated swimming pools. ”

“The hotel's concierge and B2 catering waiters are nice and enthusiastic. But there are some strange situations: 1. For example, when you check in, they will explain in detail the situation of the mini bar, and you will be charged for it. But when I entered the room, I checked the mini bar first and found it was empty? Then I raised this issue with the front desk, and the front desk also expressed doubts as to why it was empty. My question is if I don't raise this issue, will they think we took……
