Staff was strangely protective of water— the man at reception would not allow us to get a small glass of water from the dispenser “because we did not pay.” Room cleanliness is most important to me, thus the high rating. ”

“Pros:
- The room is very clean, with most of the essential services provided.
- The receptionist is nice, but with limited English-speaking ability.
- Very nice location, with bus station just nearby. It takes around 30 minutes by bus to go to Geneva city center, which I think is a fair duration.
Cons:
- It is a bit strange that the room key is super heavy. But good that I deposit the key to the reception when going out.
- The elevator is a bit old-style. But still works well.”

“I was staying room 423, the Airconditioner was so noisy on and off, which is very disturbing. I called the reception to fix the second day of my stay, it seems ok for awhile but still having the problem. As a business traveller, a good sleep is very important to get ready for the next day.”
