"Our stay at the villa in Villecroze went perfectly. Communication with Carmelita went very well, the house is very pleasant and well equipped, although a little old, it could do with some renovations but that didn't stop us from having a very pleasant stay. The pool and garden are superb, perfect for relaxing, you are very peaceful but you have everything you need just a 10-minute drive away. The region is beautiful and there are plenty of things to do and see."

"We have just come back from a fabulous week in Provence. The house was gorgeous, and made even better by the fab art and sculptures dotted around the grounds.The pool was a great size and very refreshing on a hot day, with loads of sunny and shaded seating options around it for both lounging and meals outside. Loads of space inside and three en suite bedrooms, with shutters on all the windows to keep the house cool, even without air con. Just a heads up that there are no towels provided so make sure you pack some (totally our fault that we didn't realise in advance!)Arlette and Jean Pierre were such lovely hosts, they live on site but were incredibly discreet and very helpful with recommendations (not batting an eyelid at our obscenely late arrival!)Tourtour is a 5min drive away and is absolutely beautiful with fab restaurants (best to book if you're coming during the summer!). Lovely little bakery in Ampus, but a few more options at the one in Villecroze, just 10mins drive away.A true gem for peace and relaxation, but a car a definite must!!"

"Recently stayed at the Bastide of Villecroze and had the most wonderful, relaxing time. Phillipe’s place is so beautiful - photos do not do it justice. Phillipe was welcoming, great with communication and very helpful. The villa was very well kept, the gardens were stunning and the town of Villecroze just a short walk away is gorgeous. We would love to come back again one day "

"We had such a great time at Villa Bellevue, it’s really well stocked for families and young children and the gated parts of the garden were brilliant to stop little ones wandering. We used all of the amenities during our stay, we were able to cook each night both indoors and outdoors and with gorgeous views of the mountains from the balcony that soon became the hub for our meals in the evening. The house itself is huge, the layout is a bit strange so it does feel like a maze to get around but the rooms are big with comfortable beds. The location of the Villa is amazing but a little remote. You do need a car to get around but don’t let that stop you, Tourtour is close by 8-10minsso and is a sweet little place with a few restaurants and shops. The washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher were a godsend! Beautiful villa overall, it felt very French and authentic - more like a home away from home."
