“My husband and I are very happy we found this little gem of a get-away! Savannah was one of our stops on a month long road trip (we are retired). We found it to be very clean, just big enough for a few days of R&R, and close enough to Uber to the river front and sites we wanted to see. What may not be apparent is that this unit is an apartment above a garage in a very quiet, wooded neighborhood. The Owner lives on the 1 acre lot in a home separate from the apt, and is such a great host. While we……

“I really enjoyed my stay at this property. There was coffee and a Keurig, which was a nice touch! The only disappointing part was the patio type area off the second floor bedroom. For some reason the floor out there was covered in nails, so I wasn’t comfortable sitting out there with my dog.”

“This property is absolutely gorgeous, with all of the home decor and paintings, that Sherry did herself, 11/10. Its also in such a perfect location as well, not too far from the beach or stores like walmart and kroger. Overall the place was amazing and we will definitely be back !!”

“Very clean apartment-style carriage house. Perfect size for a couple. Great walking distance to shops and river walk. The parking garage is right for larger vehicles bc of the water heater. My subaru outback fit, but our neighbor’s Jeep Wagoneer couldn’t fit. We luckily met them immediately and worked out to just switch garage spaces. Something for property manager to maybe check with their guests before assigning the garage space (and maybe they already do). Breakfast at Toast was great,loved……
