“The only thing I sidn't like about my stay was the bathroom door. And having to cram myself between the toilet and shower so I could fully open the door to exit the bathroom.”

“We had a two night stay. The front desk clerk was very helpful and the room was fine. Unfortunately the second night a smoke detector somewhere on our floor started chirping around 3/4am or so. My husband got up and went down to the front desk (because no one answered the phone) and the clerk came up to find the source. Not sure what happened but it was never addressed. “The property has 3 main buildings with their own themes and hotel rooms. Over a dozen restaurants throughout that offer a ton of variety. The art and design features are phenomenal. This is a destination within itself. Add the ease of getting to the surrounding historic area and you have the PERFECT place for your next trip to Savannah. We had a small housekeeping issue upon arrival that was quickly corrected. The manager gave us a room credit to use at the restaurants and bars for the……

“Beds were clean and comfortable. Close proximity to beach and shops which is what we wanted. Staff was good. The floors were dirty/sandy when we arrived and surfaces could be cleaner, but it was midnight after a long day so we just rolled with it. Every towel rack and hook was broken which was challenging. Some, updates are needed, but overall I would stay again. We basically just sleep and shower in our hotel on vacation so it worked for us”

“I would recommend. Rooms clean and neat. Parking was great. Pool needs some updating/sprucing up. We usually like to hang by the pool after a long day in the beach - didn’t because of this.”

“We had a slight issue at check-in we were given a studio king instead of the room we booked a 1 bedroom king suite. We were able to get the issue resolved quickly and the front desk person even personally changed the sheets on our bed to get our room ready. She definitely went above and beyond.”

“Rooms were nice & clean. The hotel is being renovated, so the breakfast area (which could be a ballroom or large meeting space) was under construction. The breakfast was excellent.”
