"Front Desk. Felicia was very welcoming. Room was as expected and breakfast was good for a free complementary breakfast. The staff was on point and replaced everything before it ran out."

"First off, front desk, valet, and general staff were all friendly. The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable ( semi soft/ pillow top) with plenty of pillows. There wasn't a fridge in the room and the pool was still closed. There is plenty of street parking if you don't use Valet. "

"The day man at the front desk, I don't remember his name, was very friendly and gave us advice on things to do in Savannah. We asked for a handicap shower seat, I am a below knee amputee, I don't believe they had one. He somehow pulled it off and delivered it to our room. Amazing cutomer service, thank you!!!!"
